Network Services
Network Development is dedicated to organizing the providers from member hospitals into rural clinically integrated networks through building and maintaining functional Clinical and Business Integration Committees, recruiting and credentialing of participating providers, and implementing other network development strategies.
The Population Health Platform includes securing the technology solutions necessary to support population health delivery, along with the management expertise to enable network members, at the local level, to properly use and maintain their Population Health Platform to achieve secure data sharing and interoperability.
Value-Based Care Arrangements entails negotiating, designing, and implementing value-based care arrangements with all member-selected payers. We also assist with contract modeling and development of base-fee schedules.
Care Management focuses on maximizing your “shared savings” incentives from value-based care arrangements. This includes using team-based care, ensuring appropriate care transitions, managing outmigration/referral management, enhancing performance improvement, addressing access and quality barriers, developing standardized pharmacy formularies, and implementing evidence-based clinical protocols.
Shared Services
Shared Services focuses on achieving economies of scale in the purchase of goods and services through preferred partnerships. Use of preferred partnerships leads to a more successful independent healthcare system. Examples include billing and coding, peer review, CIO/IT services, recruitment/staffing solutions, digital technology, insurance programs, care coordination/management, and the like.
